Question How to be updated about new posts

Guys your site is too helpful thanks lot,,
But I have one problem, whenever any new post appears in any of your forums I don't get any updates,,,like I am ur member even on Facebook but I only get those updates which you post,,,when I visit your site I have to search each and every group to see if any new post has appeared.
Isn't there a way where I can get regular updates from your site about each and every new post?

Thank you for asking us.

You can receive updates of new threads in every forum by doing the following;

Go to the forum that you are interested in, for example USMLE Step 1 Forum.

Then in the forum index page you will see forum tools, click on it and from the drop down menu choose "subscribe to this forum" as you can see below.

Then you can choose to get either daily or weekly updates of new threads posted in that forum.

You can repeat the same if you want to follow other forums.

Also you can subscribe to RSS Feeds to the whole website by doing the following;

Click on the RSS Feed icon that appears on the bottom of every page as shown below

Then in the page that opens you can choose to subscribe to the feed by any of the popular feed readers.

RSS Feed icon are also available for individual forums by clicking on the that forum specific RSS feed as demonstrated in the red box below;
