Default Observership LOR draft

I did a couple of weeks observership and the attending is ready to write me a LOR. He asked me to write a draft. can you help me guys how to write the draft. do you have samples? should I mention it was for only two weeks?

If you only did 2 weeks, its best to leave that out, unless your attending puts it in. You can just say "in the month of xxx" and leave out exactly how much time you did.

If he asked you to make a draft it means 2 things, he likes you and trusts you, and/or he doesnt have time. Either way, make the best out of that opportunity by making a very strong and personal LOR.
