I disagree harvard vs casewestern

i have a endocrine clinical elective at harvard and an abdominal imaging clinical elective at case western at same time . which one to choose ??
trying to apply for IM and an IMG.

can anyone help me on this ?

hi.. are graduates eligible to apply in harvard for electives? if yes what should i do to get enrolled for the month of january?

grads can not apply for clerkships.
i dont know if harvard has any research programs for grads.
check on the website once.

I guess CW is free and Harvard is exhorbitantly expensive?
If that makes any difference to you then CW makes sense.
