Question Am I late in applying for the electives!

Want to go for US electives in june/july 2012.... Am i late? if not kindly tell me where can i apply now?

No you are not late. Start looking right away, choose a program and apply.
From what I've read, most programs in the US want the application about four months before the start of the elective. (someone correct me if I'm wrong)
I can't tell you where to apply, you have to check lots of different schools and look at the application criteria.

Do we need to be a final year student to apply or I can do so while still a 4th yr ?
