Listening Passing 5 Yeay cutoff point or having a lower CK score?

I am IMG and I have been graduated in February 2008. My step 1 score is low.
I want to know which one is worst and will affect the chance of my interviews and match? Passing the 5 years cutoff point or having another low ck score?

I am really really in need for your guidance.
Please don't hesitate to write any comment.

Scores are more important than passing the 5 years cut off.
