Question How long USCE period required?

if i take 6 months of observship will be better than 4 months or two months
or just 2 months enough for observship or research or whatever

There's no rule. The longer you do it the better.

Some programs require one year, others require six months, others require three months, others will be satisfied with one month.

Do some search about the residency programs that you want to apply for and they usually mention that in their website.
