Question Volunteering or externship?

Hello,

i volunteer in a NPO clinic were i do history taking & Physical exam. Our chief doctor will look at my notes & exam results. He will then proceed with the diagnosis, medication, etc. I am allowed to listen to the doctor & ask questions if i have any..

You can use either of them.

I'd prefer externship as it would be stronger in your ERAS profile.
