Question Clerkship in other specialty!

hey everyone...
i'm an IMG that would loooove to apply for OB/GYN
i'm cs passed and step 1 238, step 2 not yet
the problem is that since i live in houston ,tx , there's no OB/GYN extership here (the one i pay for of course) but there's family and internal medicine clerckship and OB/GYN observship.

so my question : is it better to do observship in OB/GYN or do clerckship even though its in other specialty.

i'll be so much grateful for ur assisstance
