Default Research work with B1 visa

Hi, Does anybody know is it possible to do volenteer research job with B1 visa? If yes, which hospitals will accept B1 visa especially in New York and New Jersey? I appreciate your answer.

Many IMGs do volunteer research on B1/B2. You just need to google all the medical schools in the areas you are interested in and message people to see if you get lucky. Having contacts always helps

Thanks for your answer, I emailed to many proffesors but all of them said it is not possible. Just one answered me and said I have to work in his private clinic, he is also university proffesor. Does it worth to work with proffesor in private research group?
