Default Mayo clinic Elective

Hi guys. I want to apply for an elective program in mayo clinic. I am confused about the vaccines requirements. They have column for titre and vaccine date. Do I have to get both vaccine and the titre ? Since many other universities only need one of them.

Its either the vaccine or the titre (except for hepatitis B, you would need both, although you may want clarify this with the elective co-ordinator, they reply pretty fast). That's the general rule

I have emailed them.
"Before I submit my application, could you please confirm if I have to provide both my immunizations and titres or only either one of them?. The reason I asked this is because based on my research, other clinics only require either one of them. Thank you."
And they reply "Hi yes both would be best."
Anyone have experience with mayoclinic before?

Oh that's weird. Which campus were you interested? I applied to AZ and they did not bother me for titres except for hepatitis B. Even with my other electives, they looked at my who immunzation book for evidence of vaccination and titres for hepB. Anyways, the issue with immunzation comes after you are accepted though. One place needed an updated flu shot and the people at occupational health will let you know what they need well before the elective starts.
