Certificate University or Affiliated Hospital Letterhead!

I noticed that many universities offer electives in their affiliated hospitals or center.
But this annoys me,does the evaluation form (& LORs) would be under University header or affiliated hospital header?
(because university letterhead is greater)

another Q,Which is better to do electives in Northwestern (Feinberg) university or Emory?
Are both big names?

I've done elective in memorial Hermann hospital which is affiliated with the University of Texas, my LOR came with a the university letterhead.

I think it depends on the attending that you are shadowing. If he's a staff then definitely you'll get the univesity letterhead.

Honestly, I don't know abou Northwestern(Feinberg) but I know that Emory is a big name.
