Default Neurology june/july 2017 elective

Hey all, im a 5th year medical student from jordan. Im planning on applying for an elective course in neurology during june/july 2017. My two options are Weil cornell and Mount sinai dince they dont require step 1 nor an affiliation with my university. Would thry accept me? & Is there any better options ? If not, when do i need to apply for both ? And if you can give me any advice or any additional piece of information i would really appreciate your help !

You can try your luck at Weill cornell
But Mt sinai is a very good option and you will get accepted there just make sure you apply for that in january or february no later then that.
They get flooded by applications and they did shut down taking applications these year.
