Yes you are absolutely right. Also I tried contacting them but their contact number was usually on voice mail so be prepared for that as well. Plus as it is completely free so you should plan way ahead like about 8-9 months to get a spot.
I haven't received any reply to my emails sent about 3-4 months ago so do contact them via the phone number provided for separate elective choices as well.
