Hospital Low step 1 score - where should I rotate?

Hi all,
Long story short, I got my score yesterday and it was much much lower than i had expected. 191/75. I know, i barely passed, regardless of the 6 months I put into studying.

Now I am confused as to what to do for rotations. Will I be able to get a residency at all? How can I maximize the chances? I go to a Caribbean. school and have changed my preferences between big city hospitals to small town hospitals many times.

Which is better? I was told to avoid city hospitals, bc itll be hard to shine there. I was told that I should try for smaller hospitals (like in NJ) bc then itll be easier to make a good impression and hope to match at the very hospital I rotated at.

I'd appreciate any thoughts/advice.

Thank you
