Question Where to apply for electives?

hey guys do u have any idea where to apply for electives..
haven't given my step 1 and am planning to give TOEFL next month..
and is there any difference between doing electives in ivy league colleges(Yale, Brown, Harvard) and other peripheral colleges (Albamy etc)

I am not sure why you are taking the TOEFL exam It's not required for ECFMG certification. The TOEFL exam has been replaced by the CS exam years ago.

As for the Universities you mentioned, they are all big names and doing electives there will certainly be very helpful for you.

As where to get elective please research this

hey i know that--but many of the schools need toefl score or step 1 marks for that..could you tell me where i can get electives in us for feb -march month in internal medicine...
