Embarrassed What is 'core clerkship grades' in indian mbbs curriculum?

This is what is written in list of requirements in SUNY Downstates and Northwestern's Electives

"A current, official transcript of courses completed must accompany the application. The transcript must include clerkship grades for core clerkships (medicine, surgery, pediatrics, and obstetrics & gynecology ). For applicants from India: official marks or Division class must be indicated for each core clerkship"

What does this mean. Does it means the scores we get in the university exams in final mbbs exams?? Or the scores we get in the ward ending exams??

Plz help
