Default Externship at a private setup

Hi Guys
How good is an externship at a private setup in USA. The doctor is a seniormost oncologist and is board certified. Also a professor in a medical school.

Really good. But make sure you get his LOR on his medical school letterhead. It is as good as doing an elective there.
