Help Pyschiatry obervership

I need psychiatry observership urgently, how can i get it? i have step 1 and 2 ck scores as 249 and 214 respectively.

I have a question, if i spend 2 years of general surgery residency here in Egypt after a one year of conscription, and i am a 2009 graduate, could i match easily to psychiatry in 2016 by doing this observership?? i want an honest answer please, my credentials are 249 and 214 as of steps 1 and 2 CK scores.
