HI friends,

I got an approval for Neurocritical Care Observership at Columbia University Medical Center, New York. They are asking for 1000$ fee. Is doing observership worth in this dept if i am planning for internal medicine residency?

I haven't got any replies...
For applying you need the sponsor of a staff member or be presented by one.
I don't know if you can send the application without that.
That's why I was asking....
Any know something else?
