Listening clerckship dilemma

I need your advise, I have received two clerkship enrolments
1. Harvard in experimental cardiac surgery
2. pulmonary medicine, Mount Sinai, New York.

The dilemma is I wish to apply for internal medicine program, should I go for Mount Sinai as it in line with internal medicine or should I go for experimental cardiac surgery for Harvard brand

I am IMG and I need visa for both, Mount Sanai is on student visa F and Harvard is on B1 , student visa will be one time only visa where as B1 tourist visa will be more useful in future trips, should i consider this aspect too considering all visa rejections news

please help me decide :sorry::sorry::sorry::sorry:

You are correct about the B1 visa, I've heard of student visas being somewhat limiting
