Question Fresh Graduate, what to put in the CV?

I am applying for an elective and need to make a CV. I'm a student and don't have much to put on my CV besides 1 observership. I don't have any research. I got into medical school right after high school so I don't know if I can put my accomplishments in high school or if that would come across as desperate.
