the best preparation for CS was my clerkship in internal medicine... I saw about 20-25 patients daily and the constant repetition of speaking with clients, taking h&p, writing SOAP notes, etc really prepared me for CS with actual real world experience

if you're looking to do electives, the easiest way to complete them is via a service that provides placements for school credit... there are a lot of services out there, my advice is to do your research, read TONS of forum reviews, and make sure to indicate EXACTLY what you want from the service.. it's not cheap, but you'll find it to be worth it because in the end it pays itself off 10 fold in your career

pm me if you need any help
