A traditional insured hands-on physician supervised clinical rotation in the US is an average of 4-8 weeks. 30-40 hours per week.

A performance based LOR and Clinical Evaluation should be secured per clinical rotation.

Most IMGs that I speak with average 3-6 US clinical rotations and 3-4 related LORs/Clinical Evaluations for the match.

Best of luck with the upcoming match.

If you are planning on doing research and observerships then it should be good enough!
