Question Difference between ACA and Americlerkships?

Are ACA and american clerkship the same ?
I am a little confused.

I've heard lots of Americlerkships customers are not happy with them. I worked with some and they had horror stories about them. They lie and place you with up to 20 students and you learn nothing. But on the other hand, you still get to say you did Observerships in USA
