Default Backup for NEUROLOGY electives.??

I'm planning to appy for neurology electives. And I need to know which might be a good backup option for electives if I dont get in neurology(adult or paediatric). My desired residency is neurology and nothing else. So I'm kinda worried if I dont get neuro electives as we dont have much subspeciality options under them.
So i'l be glad if someone can tell me which of the following electives (and their LORs) can be of more help in fetching me a neurology residency.

1. neurosurgery electives and their LORs
2. Psychiatry electives and their LORs
3. IM electives and their LORs.

Reply would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
