Curriculum Vitae Research in obstructive sleep apnea?

I have secured a research position in obstructive sleep apnea at Maxillofacial Surgery dept.

Is it good for my CV? Will this support my application for the residency in the US or the research should be held by a medical department to be counted ?

Replies are appreciated

Thumbs Up

Will definitely help.

Any research in US is great for your CV whether it's surgical or medical.

Of course, if you have surgery research it would help best for surgery application but it can also help tremendously even if you apply for IM.
