Question Electives without steps

Which univ do not require steps for electives/clerkships. And how much does it matter doing electives at a univ prog or getting clerkship through contacts or companies like chicago clerkships, medclerkships etc at non univ affiliated or community hosp?

Correct Answer dont require step 1 but may require TOFEL

NIH, Yale, Harvard, Cornell, UAB, Mount sinai & Thomas Jefferson.

Hi...am trying to apply for electives with step one but am not done with step one yet....can u suggest four IMG friendly universities to which u can apply ...TOEFL registration is asking for a list of universities to send the score report directly....thank you in advance...plz reply
