Info Externships/residency information for IMG

i am currently a 3rd year medical student in my country (our med school lasts six years, and just started clinical studies)
i am planning on taking the Step 1 exam this summer, as all the subjects included there have already been covered in my school

after that, assuming I have a competitive score, i would like to get a lot of clinical practice in the US? LIke get to see doctors examine patients in the States.
is that possible? possibly during the summer?

what kind of externships, observatorships should i be looking for?
or which hospital or university would offer such opportunities, if that is even possible?

thank you in advance
