Help Would I have time to get into USCE?

Hi guys ,
Can someone genuinely tell me whether I can get to do observership in June, July and August 2014, If I get step 1 result by march end 2014....asking coz I don know much bout it and people say observership seats usually gets filled up very fast..kindly help me out....

Observerships don't help you when in search for a residency position. You're much better off with an externship.

Thank you, But can a graduate do externship..??if yes, then how many months( I hope its hands on ) is suitable to get into residency position...??..and when shall I apply for it with 2015 to match with step 1 results to be xpected by march end 2014.....?
