Default 2 months USCE in 3 specialties, is that OK?

Hi folks
Suppose I have and afford doing 6 months in US as externships/hands-on experience..

which one is better for matching? doing 6 months in IM or doing 2 months in IM, Family and Pathology and then applying to 3 different specialties, or in that case my CV and application would be a mess and not dedicated to one specialty?

Your thoughts are highly appreciated !

3 specialities in 2 months, sound like a very limited time for each speciality. I mean the typical AMG clerkship is from 4 to 8 weeks per speciality, more or less, that is what you are trying to emulate. In order for them to know your work and get a LOR
