USCE for 2013 match!

hello all!

i will be applying for the 2013 match...when should apply for the usce's.
i am giving my step 1 in november!!..as most of the usce require at least step1 scores..is it so?

hey, i have the same plan though im taking step 1 in early oct , and finished step 2 ck already , i was thinking if we were to start in jan-feb-march that would be good cuz i know that summer months are usually busy also to be having enough time to document our experiences and lor plus doing step 2 cs within that period . or at least that's what i think

hey i read u gave step 2 n nw plannin to giv step 1..may i kno is it ok to giv step 2 first..were u satisfied wid ur marks..isnt there any need to study step 1 first

i got ( 90 / 212 ) in my exam and not happy about it nor upset though

now im studying step1 actually there no clear advise i can give u cuz i found many things overlapping bet both and without knowing its clinical imp u wont understand it well however there are other things explained better in step 1 ,

i took 2 1st to adv from the fact that i was in my internship year and it would be easier to take clinical issues while they are still fresh in my head .
also i have my friend who gave the exam with me anf got 99 /224 .

so just whatever u will take 1st will make the 2nd much easier , u choose the better for you .

tats wat im thinking ..right now im in my 4th year..planning to give one step in my internship..so i would be fresh with clinical topics in internship ..
