Default th1 and intracellular pathogens

I really need help

I am going crazy over the fact that Intracellular pathogens differentiate Th0 into Th1..
I have understood that intracellular pathogens (ex viruses) they bind to MHC I and then are presented to ctls
but then how come is that intracellular pathogens activate Th1 , this would mean they bind to MHC II ....

Please I would really appreciate help with this..!
