Post CK quick facts

Hey guys,
I am preparing for Step 2 CK. Exam is in about 2 months. Lets face it, when we read for long hours, attention lapse is inevitable and we may overlook important facts. With USMLE,missing essential part of info is not an option. So, I am staring this thread with an intention to share facts that may be overlooked.
Guys please keep adding more info to it and share your 'you may have missed this' points.

-->Prinzmetal angina and Raynaud's phenomenon are caused by Vasospasm.

Where as, basic pathology behind Intermittent caludication is Atherosclerotic narrowing of arteries (NOT vasospasm).
