Wink My CK journey using iPad only (261/86)

My Step 2CK journey
Background: Old IMG,step 1 254, full time working
Study device: iPad only, no paper al all, I was full time working so had to read in pieces, I was carrying my iPad with me all the time,
Study Apps: GoodReader, PDFexpert, LogMeIn and TeamViewer for iPad and Adobe Acrobat Pro for Mac.
How I used the Apps:
1. Adobe Acrobat Pro: did OCR (optical character recognition) on offline UWorld and KLN. And optimised the file size.
1. PDF Expert: read KLN once and made a single text file of only the highlighted text. (revised the text file only)
2. GoodReader: read UWorld offline after each subject and highlighted the keywords and new things. (only these Highlighted words can be easily read in the annotations) so I revised these two days prior to exam.
3. LogMeIn and TeamViewer are remote desktop apps used to do online Qbanks as these were not compatible with iPad.

I did both online Qbanks UWorld 82% after doing offline first. Then Kaplan online only 70%.

UWSA: 250 one month before exam
NBME: 260 one week before exam
Actual Result: 261/86

I took 6 months with full time work. As I told I read in pieces on iPad. Net full time duration may approximate to 3 months. Kaplan QBank is tough but it is must if you want to score more than 250.
Hope this helps

I think that is a good score. I am also a old graduate. I did my graduation in 2002. I am preparing for step 1.
