Computer How to Highlight PDF document in iPad

Does anyone know which software to use to make highlights / underline of pdf file on ipad?

Try 'goodreader' or 'PDF expert' as you can save or email the highlighted text only as annotation summary. I used only iPad for my CK studies.
My CK journey using iPad only (261/86)

I agree Some more that I use

I personally found the interface of UPad the best, although it is $4.99

A cheaper option would be Notability ($0.99), which is indeed very good for the money.
I personally dont like the UI of GoodReader

Default EzPDFreader

I am using EzPDFreader, in my opinion is that best, you can add pdf through wireless, and select your pdf from a bookshelf interface, google drive and dropbox direct access,and much more
