Android timed mode wacky on android

ok, i have taken the step 1but i would want to ask if otherw noticed this too?
While:-)doing timed mode on my galaxy tab 7.0 plus (p6200). I realized that i usually had about 23 + mins left and i felt so good almost like a boss
did this thrice and suspected there had to be more to this and decided to set an alarm for an hour and realizeed the time was one and half times slower
i ditched the timing and had to rely on my wristwatch and alarm clock.
if u experienced same do feel free to comment.
