Some of the cases are clearly from First Aid. What about intellectual property rights?

Physical exam is fast and superficial, sometimes simply wrongly performed, but for the purpose of usmle 2 Cs, I guess it is adequate.

i have found many mistakes.

I had the same problem and many many other problems. You can read my comments in the CSE Video thread as above.
Not only it is almost impossible to access what you paid for but if you manage to watch the videos there are many many fatal errors e.g. telling patient with amenorrhea in closure that we will do an abdominal x ray.
IMHO, the test has changed a lot since Jan 2013 and CSE Videos has totally failed to update their videos accordingly. In fact watching CSE Videos are a sure way to fail this test based on my real experience of the test!

Instead I recommend:
1. FA
2. Watch online videos for PE
3. Watch Drexel DocCom videos to learn empathy (only costs $30 for 1 month)
4. Practice with a live/skype SP (timed to 14 min+9 min)
5. Practice PN every day till writing them becomes your second nature.
6. Stay away from CSE Video.
If you can afford it, do a live prep course but if you do as above it is not necessary.
Remember, this test has changed and the old recopies of FA+CSE Videos don't work anymore (as people are finding out too late to their horror).

These are the changes to CS and where CSE Videos has failed to keep up with these changes.
Quote:
The Step 2 Committee decided to increase the performance levels required to receive a passing outcome on two of the three Step 2 CS subcomponents: Communication and Interpersonal Skills (CIS) and Integrated Clinical Encounter (ICE). There will be no change to minimum passing requirements for the Spoken English Proficiency (SEP) subcomponent of Step 2 CS at this time.

These changes will be applied to Step 2 CS examinees testing on or after January 1, 2013.

Because of the changes that were made to the design and content of the ICE and CIS subcomponents earlier this year, as announced, the ability to use historical trends to predict the impact of the changes in minimum passing requirements is limited. If the new minimum passing requirements were applied to the group of first-time examinees who recently tested under the new examination structure, the overall passing rate for examinees from US medical schools would be approximately three percent lower and the overall passing rate for examinees from international medical schools would be approximately eighteen percent lower.

Default CSE videos are DATED! Don't waste your money!

These videos are completely out of date, even the 2015 "updated" ones. Please don't fall for it. Also, there is absolutely no customer service.

Go for UWORLD!!!
