New Kaplan Step 1 Classroom Anywhere

Kaplan Medical launched another new option for Step 1 prep, this time it's called Classroom Anywhere.

This is somewhere between the OnlinePrep and the CenterPrep. It gives you access to Kaplan Center Live lectures but instead of going to the center you can watch and interact with the lecturer at home or from anywhere you have Internet access.

Of course this means you have to log in at the time the lecture begins so the main advantage is to save you travel and accommodation expenses if you happen to live away from the nearest Kaplan center.

But that's not all, the package also include access to their on demand lectures (any time) + the lecture notes + the qbank + diagnostic tests.

The pricing is little more than their CenterPrep at around $4,000 and it's only for 14 weeks. But the on demand lectures and the qbank access is for 4 months. Currently they are waiving $1000 off the price until the end of April 2011.

If you can afford it, this should be an ideal package to ace your Step one right from the comfort of your home.

Classroom Anywhere package is not yet available for the Step 2 CK.
