Default Acanthosis Nigricans

I don't think Acanthosis Nigricans is a paraneoplastic syndrome
It might be associated yes but it's not due to tumor chemical or hormone secretion of any kind

We may add to the list
the polycythemia seen in renal cell carcinoma and hemangioblastomas because of erythropoeitin production from the tumor cells

It's not 5-HIAA that is secreted by carcinoid tumors and causes carcinoid syndrome. Carcinoids secrete 5-HT (along with other products such as histamine, dopamine, substance P, neurotensin, prostaglandins, kallikrein, and tachykinins). 5-HIAA is a urinary metabolite of 5-HT (useful for diagnosis).

Not only pancreas cancer is associated with trousseau but also other GI mucin secreting tumors like Colorectal, Stomach and ovarian cancers.

Renal, Hemangioblastoma, Hepatocellular -> polycytemia through EPO.

Paraneoplastic pemphigus -> lympoprolifarative
