Microscope Paget Diseases

Don't confuse these three diseases;

Paget Disease of the bone:
Disordered bone remodeling with disorganized bone replacement with increased incidence of osteosarcoma

Paget Disease of the breast:
Ulcerated eczamatous changes in the nipple with intraepidermal spread of paget cells and associated with CA

Paget Disease of the vulva:
Crusted erythematous rash with no underlying malignancy
