Causes of ulnar nerve injury include:
1. Fracture of medial epicondyle of humerus
2. Fracture of hook of hamate
3. Fracture of distal clavicle

This is the fist time I realize that distal clavicle fracture can cause medial cord (ulnar nerve) injury.
