i think
1)Lead inhibits Ala Dehydratase not Ala synthase
2)ala synthase also inhibited by INH and stimulated by Alcohol

As mentioned above, I believe lead inhibits ALA dehydratase and not ALA synthase. You guys planning on correcting this?

ALA Synthase is also stimulated by barbiturate, hypoxia and alcohol and inhibited by heme and glucose...
