Arrow Pituitary Failure Hormonal Replacement

What hormones that you have to immediately replace after pituitary failure?
Usually the case comes as Sheehan syndrome in which a women suffers an obstetric complication followed by severe hemorrhagic necrosis of the pituitary and they'll ask you what hormones are immediately needed to be replaced.

First of all, the anterior pituitary is more vulnerable to injury than the posterior pituitary so think of the anterior pituitary hormones.

Second, you have to think which of these pituitary dependant hormones are actually life threatening.

These are:

The TSH and the ACTH and so you have to give glucorticoids and thyroid hormone because the deficiency of these (or even the absence) is seriously life threatening situation.
