Question Charcot Triads

We have two Charcot Triads:
One seen in acute cholecystitis which is
Fever + Jaundice + Pain
Another seen in multiple sclerosis which is
Intention tremor + scanning speech + nystagmus

but as i know the 1st one is with cholangitis not cholecystitis !
