Arrow Osler's nodes

OSLER NODES

These are painful, red, raised lesions found on the hands and feet.

They are associated with a number of conditions including infective endocarditis and are cause by immunecomplex deposition.

It can also be seen in systemic lupus erythematosus, maranti endocarditis, disseminated gonococcal infection and distal to infected arterial catheter.
