Skin Dermatomyositis

Whenever you one or two of the following in the question stem

  • Pigmented eye lid (heliotrope) mauve colored
  • Gottron's pathes
Think dermatomyositis and look for anti-jo auto antibodies, perimysial inflammation, or internal malignancy in the options.
