  • McCune Albright syndrome

Coast of California (Regular border)
  • Neurofibromatosis (I and II)
These the two main conditions that you need to worry about in USMLE as they rarely ask for others. Of course they can be seen in normal people.

If you insist on a longer list then here it is:
  • Von-Hippel-Lindau
  • Fanconi anemia
  • Marfan syndrome
  • Chediak-Higashi
  • Peutz-Jeghers syndrome
  • Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia
  • Ataxia Telengiectasia
