Arrow Buzzwords in USMLE Language

Hi as you all are familiar USMLE doesn't use buzzwords anymore so I am starting this thread so we can all share knowledge and try to break the exam. I meant to say like complex terms which USMLE uses in its own language like

Koilocyte - cytoplasmic vacoulasation
Reed Sternberg cell- Hyperchromatic nuclei with clear space around it
Keratin pearls- intensely eosinophilic material with intercellular bridges

help will be much appreciated if everyone could share their knowledge.
