Answer:
Chlamydophila Psittaci infection (consuming infected turkeys) and the disease manifesting as atypical pneumonia, dx inclusion bodies.

Clostridium perfringens tends to cause food poisoning in the cool months especially on Thanksgiving *gravy* when large vats of food is cooked and then cooled to room temperature.
