Think Vitamin K deficiency as no injection was given and the breast milk is deficient in Vitamin K

it lacks vit d too ,not as much as vitk . so keep vit d deficiency at the back of ur mind in exclusively breast fed infants.

if exclusive breast feeding vitamin c defeceny can also occur
